A little bit about me

Hi there, my name is Jason and I am a toy designer! As a kid I would find imagination everywhere, and now I have the opportunity to turn those ideas into reality. Currently I am working as a product design manager and toy designer for Maxx Marketing / YuMe Toys and have been working on projects for Netflix, Baby Shark, Among Us and many more!

My design competencies include: design process, visualization, creative thinking, play patterns, and toy design. My projects have been exhibited at ACIDO Rocket, Bergo: Made in Canada Exhibition and in Design Week TO Festival.

A few fun facts about myself:

  • I am a competitive Beyblader

  • Won 25+ Mario Kart Tournaments in the past year

  • A few of my hobbies include: kit-bashing, drawing, reading manga, & building Lego MOCs

  • My favourite song right now is Scientist by TWICE

  • I love the San Francisco 49ers
